1. Return Eligibility

● The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
● Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

● Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

6. Exchanges
